Ryan began his investment industry career in 1999 and joined Stifel in 2019. Prior to Stifel, he served as a financial advisor and Branch Manager with Merrill Lynch’s Jupiter, Florida, office. Working closely with high-net-worth investors, their families, and businesses, Ryan focuses on developing customized investment, retirement income, and estate planning strategies that help his clients pursue their short- and long-term goals.
Ryan’s investment approach is consultative and driven by purpose. A Pittsburgh native, Ryan graduated with a B.A. in Business and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh. He earned the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ designation from the College for Financial Planning and hold Series 7, 9 & 10, 63, and 65 securities licenses.
Outside the office, Ryan is a member of the Sports Financial Advisor Association, which provides the opportunity to network with a broad array of like-minded professionals from around the world.

Jennifer joined Stifel in 2022, bringing nearly 30 years of financial industry experience to the team. She focuses on helping provide an outstanding client service experience. Outside the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and friends and making the most of the great outdoor activities of sunny Florida.
Ron is committed to providing the team’s clients with outstanding service and support. He works closely with Peter to help implement the team’s investment strategies. He joined The Nicoletti Financial Group in early 2014 with a background in finance and investment planning.
Ron is originally from the west coast and graduated from University of Oregon. Away from the office, he enjoys traveling, relaxing on the beach, attending sporting events, and coaching his boys, Adrian and Mateo, in soccer, baseball, and basketball. He lives in Boca Raton with his wife, Kazia.
Kelly recently relocated to South Florida from New Jersey and joined The Nicoletti Financial Group as a Client Service Associate. She brings more than 25 years of financial services industry experience and is dedicated to providing top-tier client experiences and service. Kelly is known for her strong attention to detail and her personalized attention to meet the unique needs of each client.
Away from the office, Kelly enjoys spending time at the beach and being on the water. She lives in Palm Beach Gardens and enjoys traveling with her two daughters and husband, PJ.
Pat is a passionate professional focused on providing high-caliber client experiences. He joined The Nicoletti Financial Group with a background in retirement planning, wealth management, and risk mitigation.
Originally from upstate New York, Pat received a B.A. in Communications from the University of Maryland. He currently resides in Delray Beach, Florida, with his wife, Rachel, and their two French Bulldogs, Bear and Lola.
Amanda is an integral member of The Nicoletti Financial Group and began working with Peter Nicoletti more than 20 years ago. She assists the team’s efforts with ultra-high-net-worth families and leads the team’s institutional client business. Amanda understands the importance of investing wisely and enjoys working closely with clients and their advanced planning needs.
Amanda holds both the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ designation and the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor™ designation. She is an active member of Stifel’s Women Initiative Network, National Association of Plan Advisors, and Women in Pensions Network.
Amanda is active in her local community, serving on the executive board of the Jupiter Police Foundation, the finance committee of Rosarian Academy, and the Planned Giving committee of Jupiter Medical Center. She and her husband, Jarrett, live in Jupiter, Florida, with their children, Dane and Cait.
Christopher has amassed over three decades of experience in the financial services industry, beginning his career in 1991 with Ryan Beck & Co. and moving to Stifel in 2007 following its acquisition of Ryan Beck & Co. He earned a B.A. in Policy and Management Studies from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, in 1991 and holds Series 4, 7, 24, 53, 63, and 65 securities licenses, as well as life, health, and variable insurance licenses (including annuities).
Christopher recognizes how Herman Stifel’s defining principle – to “safeguard the money of others as if it were your own” – is as important today as it was early in Stifel’s history, which dates back to 1890. He understands the importance of taking the time necessary to customize each family’s strategy to reflect their specific needs and philosophies. While he handles all types of investments, he specializes in fixed income securities with a focus on municipal bonds and preferred stocks.
Away from work, Christopher has been a youth and high school volunteer coach for football, basketball, and boys and girls lacrosse. He was also the Palm Beach Gardens Youth Athletic Association Pop Warner Football president for five years. Christopher enjoys spending time with his wife, Deana, and three children, Faye, CJ, and Davis, as well as golfing, fishing, and boating.
Since 1994, Mark has built and implemented customized wealth management strategies by concentrating on long-term planning and clients’ financial goals.
Mark has a unique combination of experiences, including playing professional tennis and working as a sports agent for International Management Group (IMG), where he started the German client tennis division. These experiences have helped Mark develop numerous relationships with athletes, celebrities, and high-net-worth clients.
Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from the University of Missouri. He is also fluent in German and French.*

He takes a personal interest in his clients, from young families struggling to build a future to mature couples enjoying the benefits of retirement. He believes firmly in listening to you, developing a relationship with you, and then using his investment knowledge and Stifel’s resources to help you pursue specific objectives. Some of the vehicles he employs include stocks, bonds, mutual funds, exchange traded funds, alternative investments, education savings plans, retirement plans, options, insurance, and annuities. He also offers introductions to Stifel’s investment banking services to serve your vast business needs. He prides himself on being easily accessible to many clients for night and weekend consultations.
Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Food and Resource Economics from the University of Florida. In addition to his Series 7 general securities license, he holds Series 9 & 10 (General Securities Sales Supervisor), Series 24 (General Securities Principal), and Series 65 (Investment Advisor Representative) licenses.
Michael is active in supporting several community charities, such as the Boy Scouts, the American Cancer Society, and Big Brothers & Sisters. Outside the office, he enjoys playing tennis, scuba diving, attending charitable events, and spending time with his wife, Linda, and their children, Amber-Rose, Brandon, Andrew, and Sarah.

Active in the Palm Beach community, Michael is a past board member of the Island of Abacoa Home Owners Association. From 2012 to 2019, he coached youth basketball for the Jupiter-Tequesta Athletic Association and Palm Beach Gardens travel basketball. Michael and Dave Goldman are proud sponsors of the Palm Beach Gardens Concert Band.
David’s philosophy is simple: Have a soul, a well-defined morality, and do the right thing. David has more than 35 years of investment industry experience and joined Stifel in 2007. He began his career on Wall Street in 1986 with Merrill Lynch. A few years later, he joined Shearson Lehman Hutton’s Unit Investment Trust Department and was a contributing author for their “Yield Curve” publication. At Stifel, he focuses on fixed income investing with a core competency in tax-advantaged municipal bonds. He considers himself a true risk-off, buy-side manager and develops retirement income strategies for clients who will soon stop or have stopped earning a paycheck.
David earned a B.A. from Ithaca College and holds Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses, as well as life, health, and variable insurance licenses (including annuities).
Outside the office, he keeps busy biking, playing tennis, and spending time with his wonderful family – his wife, Junko, and their two children, Max and Aya.
Pam is a Massachusetts native who came to Florida to attend university and immediately decided de-icing her car was a thing of the past. She joined Stifel in 2008 after several successful careers in the art and antique sales and the art fair administration world. She and her husband have two amazing children who are the center of the known universe.
Gary began his investment industry career in 1999 with J.P. Morgan, where he guided a select group of ultra-affluent clients and families who were interested in growing and sustaining wealth across multiple generations through highly sophisticated, tax-efficient investment strategies. He moved to Barclays in 2010 and joined Stifel in 2015 through the firm’s acquisition of Barclays Wealth and Investment Management, Americas.
Gary earned a B.A. in Pre-International Affairs from George Washington University in 1990 and a Master of Management in Finance from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management in 1999. He also holds Series 7 and 65 securities licenses. Gary believes that a key element to creating successful investment outcomes depends on clients’ understanding of their risk tolerance. That’s why Gary leverages the Stifel Financial ID to help ensure his clients’ plans are tailored to their particular attitudes and decision styles to support them throughout their investment journey.
Away from the office, Gary enjoys doing volunteer work and currently serves as treasurer at the Palm Beach Zoo.
Tylor began her investment industry career at Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith in 2013 before moving to Alex. Brown | Raymond James, where she spent more than five years providing support in implementing complex wealth management strategies for ultra-high-net-worth households. She joined Stifel in 2023.
Tylor helps provide an outstanding client service experience, supporting the team to provide personalized wealth management planning and reporting, portfolio reviews, and portfolio construction. She holds Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses.
Dina has a strong background in client engagement and business services. She works alongside the team to help deliver a top-tier client experience while also assisting with administration and operations. She welcomes new ideas, embraces different opportunities, and has a long history working in Palm Beach.
Dina lives in Loxahatchee with her husband, Jason, daughter, Jada, and their Golden Retrievers, Luna and Loki. Away from the office, she enjoys going to the beach, camping, and spending time with her family and friends.
John began his investment industry career in 1994 and joined Stifel in 2022. Prior to Stifel, he served over 10 years with UBS Financial Services and 17 years with Morgan Stanley. He earned a B.S in Business Economics from The State University of New York at Oneonta and holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses, as well as life, health, and variable insurance licenses (including annuities).
John earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc., which identifies those individuals who have met the experience requirements of the CFP Board, have successfully completed financial planning coursework, and have passed the CFP® Certification Examination. He also holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst® certification, which identifies those individuals who have successfully completed coursework surrounding complex portfolio construction, investment analysis, and comprehensive wealth management and have been granted the certification from the Investments & Wealth Institute.
John has been happily married to his wife, Gina, for nearly 30 years, and they have two daughters. As a family, they enjoy traveling to new places, exploring, and learning together.
Fiene began her financial services career as an Operations Manager with Puma Capital, LLC in 2022. She moved into a similar role at Pure Barre later that year before coming to Stifel as an Operations Coordinator in 2024. Fiene moved from Belgium to Florida when she was 12 years old, and after high school, she went back to Belgium to pursue a Bachelor of Business Management, which she obtained from Karel de Grote Hogeschool in 2021.
After graduation, Fiene decided that she missed Florida, so she moved back to the Jupiter/West Palm area to continue her education. She earned an MBA from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2023 and holds Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses.
Outside the office, Fiene enjoys going to the gym, reading, and taking her dog, Peach, to the beach.
Peter is the founder and lead partner of The Nicoletti Financial Group based in Palm Beach. He grew up in South Florida and graduated from Florida State University. Peter began his career with John Hancock Financial and transitioned to wealth management more than 20 years ago. He leads the team in delivering complex financial strategies and offering tailored plans for their clients.
Away from the office, Peter is active with several local charitable organizations and currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Opportunity Early Learning Center in West Palm Beach.
Peter’s children attended Palm Beach Day Academy and Woodberry Forest School in Virginia. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, fishing, Bahamas trips, and spending time with his family. He and his wife, Tara, live in West Palm Beach.
Sylvia was born in Krakow, Poland, but spent most of her adult life in the United States. She attended Borough of Manhattan Community College and worked in New York City as an Administrative Assistant for a corporate identity firm. She moved to Connecticut with her family and worked at GE Capital in Stamford, Connecticut. As a long-time resident of Florida, she began her investment associate career in 2000 in Naples, Florida, at First Union Investments. Throughout her career as an investment associate, she has worked at Wells Fargo Advisors, UBS, and Key Bank Investments.
Her objective is to give her clients and associates a level of service that far exceeds their expectations. Her knowledge of the stock marketplace, along with her dedication to exceed the expectations of every client has helped her grow relationships under every market condition.
Mista has nearly 30 years of financial services experience and joined Stifel in 2007 upon the firm’s acquisition of Ryan Beck & Co. She began her career in 1996 and has worked for firms including Dean Witter Reynolds and Janney Montgomery.
An integral part of the team, Mista builds strong rapport with clients and is responsible for ensuring accurate maintenance on all client accounts. She also coordinates the information needed for the team to evaluate and analyze clients’ retirement and wealth management needs.
Mista earned a B.S. from Middle Tennessee State University and holds Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses.
Richard began his investment industry career in 1996 and moved to Stifel following the firm’s acquisition of Ryan Beck & Co. in 2007. He earned a B.A. in Mathematics from Florida Atlantic University in 1995 and holds Series 7, 9 & 10, 63, and 65 securities licenses.
Richard handles a variety of investment types – in the fixed income space, he specializes in municipal bonds and preferred stocks. On the equity side, he has amassed nearly three decades of experience studying bank stocks that align with his clients’ goals.
Outside the office, Richard enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.
John graduated from Notre Dame in 1999. Shortly after, he began his career with Deloitte’s audit group. He then transitioned to the financial services industry in New York in 2004, working as a credit analyst with both Moody’s Investors Service and Credit Agricole Bank.
John realized that he wanted to transition from the institutional side of the business to working more closely with families and businesses, so he joined Merrill Lynch’s private wealth management group in 2010, where he gained deep experience in developing highly tailored investment plans and providing guidance across various asset classes and market cycles. He then transitioned to Stifel in 2024 to grow his practice and address his clients’ growing needs. John believes his background in both accounting and finance provides him a unique ability to address both sides of his clients’ balance sheet. He believes that a holistic approach to wealth management creates the best opportunity for clients who have different needs and objectives. Before the process begins, John conducts a thorough discovery meeting to understand his clients’ current financial situation, retirement goals, and other financial objectives.

Prior to moving to Hobe Sound, Ed was actively involved in the Columbus and Central Ohio community, having served on the Board of Trustees of the Columbus College of Art and Design (2007-2016); the Columbus Academy (2013-2020); The Columbus School for Girls (1994-2002); and St. Alban’s Episcopal Church and the Diocese of Southern Ohio.
Ed is the proud grandparent of Molly and Jack Leahy and Axel and Kai Yen, and proud of his three grown children. Ed currently lives at the Mariner Sands Country Club in Stuart, Florida, where he is an active golfer.
